Thick pine bark is one of the most valuable mulching materials. It allows you to decorate your garden in such a way that it looks natural and elegant. At the same time, the bark has practical functions.
The main purpose of using pine bark is to reduce weed infestation, e.g. in flowerbeds, heathlands, under tree and shrub crowns or on slopes.
Thanks to the thick layer of bark, the growth of unwanted plants is slowed down. At the same time, thick pine bark has another important ecological function - it limits the evaporation of water from the soil, thus preventing drought and reducing the frequency of irrigation.
