SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery times

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Products are usually delivered within 7 days (depending on delivery address).

We send your delivery if possible in one delivery to save the environment as well as keep costs down.

 

What are the shipping costs?

Delivery is calculated based on the combined weight of items in your order and the country they will be delivered. You can check shipping costs at the checkout.

 

How will my order be delivered?

It is standard practice for us to deliver products in perfect condition. 

RETURN POLICY

If you receive a plant that presents to be in a poor condition, contact us immediately. We will then ask you to send us a photograph so there is no doubt as to its condition on arrival with you. 

Please note that plants look different depending on what time of the year it is. If you buy a leafy attractive-looking tree or a  shrub in the winter, bear in mind that it is not going to look attractive, as opposed to how it would look in the summer. It does not mean that there is anything wrong with your tree, just that it is out of season and it will blossom when the weather does. 

 

If you should have any issues with your product please get in touch with us via the form on our contact page. Please note that a damaged item needs to kept but not returned until informed by us.

We are always happy to arrange a refund or replacement for dead and seriously damaged. To do so we need to be contacted within 7 days of receiving the product followed by the pictures of defected plant.

Please note sometimes the time the plant spends in transit can negatively affect your plants, however given a little time and care after unpacking, your plant will soon get back to it's naturally beautiful state.

Unfortunately, courier errors or delays in transit do sometimes happen.

Although we will do our best to follow up and gain information on your parcel, once the parcel has been dispatched from us (with all correct documents needed), it's ultimately out of our control.

Please note that in most cases, we do not refund shipping costs and shipping costs to return items are at your expense, unless dead on arrival or damaged beyond repair eg. broken branches.
